Mike Stramaglio

President & CEO

Mike Stramaglio

Mike Stramaglio has a long history of leadership in the Office Equipment industry. Over his nearly 30-year career, Mike has served as president and COO of Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions, Inc., and held senior management positions with Minolta Corporation and Ricoh Corporation. Under his stewardship, Hitachi earned the prestigious Most Innovative Manufacturer of the Year award for two consecutive years. He was also formerly CEO of Imaging Portals, Inc., and a two-time winner of the Executive of the Year award, presented by Marketing Research Consultants, Inc. Mike joined Electronics For Imaging as General Manager of EFI's Service Automation division in 2003. In this role, Mike was responsible for Automated Dispatch Systems and the Intelligent Device Management solution set, bringing them together under a new name: Mobile Workforce Automation.

In acknowledgment of his experience and expertise, M2M Magazine elected Michael T. Stramaglio as M2M Technology Advisor (Imaging) in early 2007.

Ramiro Trevino

Sr. VP of Engineering and Engineering Engagements

Ramiro Trevino

As Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Engineering Engagements, Ramiro Trevino is responsible for the company's M2M/M2P solutions development and implementations at our major account sites. Additional responsibilities include the Quality Assurance team, systems design and new ERP integrations. Ramiro serves in support of MWAi's largest accounts, constantly seeking ways to better enable our customers while providing management and coordination of internal efforts on their behalf. Ramiro's leadership, extensive background in software engineering have been instrumental to the past, present and future success of MWAi.

Prior to his role in Engineering, Ramiro was in charge of Quality Assurance for MWAi and spent five years as a Quality Assurance Project Manager for Electronics for Imaging (EFI). At EFI, he also served as a member of the original Intelligent Device Management development team.

Ramiro Trevino earned his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Devry University and continued his educational career at Berkeley where he achieved certifications such as CCNA, A+ and Network+. Ramiro also has a background in manufacturing and project management, including a focus in ISO, network security and QA methodology.

Hiro Ueda

Vice President of Asian Development & Corporate Planning

Hiro Ueda

Hiro Ueda takes responsibilities in a couple of areas for MWA Intelligence to expand distribution and product portfolio. Hiro is heading up business development initiatives which include establishing MWAi's M2M/M2P business in Japan and other Asian countries as well as developing and growing partnerships with Japanese manufacturers in office equipment and other vertical markets. His second line of responsibility is corporate planning to set strategic goals and provide business-critical management data and financial analysis.

Since joining a Japanese trading company following graduation from Hiroshima University in Japan, he has served in a variety of roles, such as sales, market, product manager, project management and business development for international companies in both Japan and the U.S.

Steve Laughey

Vice President of Sales

Steve Laughey

Steve Laughey koined our team in January 2005 as the VP of Sales. Steve brings more than 25 years of experience in sales leadership and management.

Prior to joining MWA Intelligence, Steve was responsible for monochrome and color sales initiatives at Konica/Minolta which represented $330M in annual revenue as Director of Dealer Sales. In that role, he led a sales team of more than 40 employees. During his twenty-four years at Konica/Minolta, Steve also played a critical role in establishing strategic sales planning, sales promotions, training programs, sales tools and achieving major account program development and management.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Belmont Abby College, North Carolina.

Bud Karakey

Vice President of Alternate Channel Development

Bud Karakey

Bud Karakey is the VP of Alternate Channel Development for MWA Intelligence, Inc. Bud is in charge of business development for the Office Equipment industry as well as expansion of MWAi's distribution into other vertical markets. As one of the original founders of Automated Dispatch Systems (ADS), a precursor of MWA Intelligence, Bud brings in-depth knowledge of the technology and marketplace to his new role, not to mention his long-standing customer relationships and vendor partnerships.

Formerly, Bud served as the VP of Operations, guiding the operations team in the overall implementation of our solutions, including professional services, training, customer support and installations.

Prior to his career in the high-tech sector, Bud was part of the U.S. Air Force Inside Plant Telecommunications Group. Bud has more than 22 years of experience in telecommunications and CTI integration.

Victoria Satran

Vice President of Marketing

Victoria Satran

Victoria Satran is responsible for business development, product marketing and communications, pricing, promotions, advertising and customer engagement support. Prior to assuming her position as VP Marketing, Victoria was responsible for enterprise-level implementation of the EFI Intelligent Device Management solution, including product development, contract negotiations, product marketing, training, process development, IT and ERP/ERM integration, and technical support.

Before joining EFI, Victoria was employed at IKON Office Solutions for more than six years. She served numerous senior project management roles at IKON, working with vendors, partners, customers, and internally, with all departments and executive staff. Victoria graduated from Northern Arizona University, where she received her BS degree in Business Administration, International Marketing. In addition, she continued her education at Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management, where she received her Global Leadership Certificate.

Sue Springer

Vice President of Finance & Human Resources

Sue Springer

Sue Springer brings a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience in accounting, finance and human resources to the MWA Intelligence team. She began her career as a Controller with ADS in July of 1999. Prior to that, she held a variety of accounting and financial management positions with an office equipment dealer in Nashville, TN, in a tenure that spanned almost two decades.

Currently, Sue has the responsibility for all human resource initiatives related to MWA Intelligence's workforce, including recruitment, payroll, training, compensation and benefits. In addition, she is in charge of all accounting and financial transactions.

Sue holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Tennessee State University and has more than 15 years of expertise utilizing a variety of ERP software applications.

"MWA Intelligence (MWAi) invited me to present at its Dealer Advisory Council Meeting held at its World headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The meeting consisted of a two day event at which council members, service vice presidents and managers from 8 of the largest US independent dealers were able to interact with MWAi engineers and support members. At the formal events, the members heard about the current offerings from MWAi and the status of upgrades and fixes. They also heard from MWAi partners who offered new concepts to help further the sale of MWAi products. MWAi also took advantage of the occasion to garner feedback on the future direction of product development...."
